Chef and author of the blog The Melody of Cooking. Melody is a Certified Culinarian with an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts with over 20 years of experience. After losing her father to Parkinson's Disease and seeing others in her family suffer from the same symptoms, she set her focus on learning the effects of the food that we eat on our overall health. Using that knowledge of Nutrition and Health Coaching to supplement her professional culinary training, she set out to show that you can have it all. You can Keep it Clean, Keep it Healthy, and Keep it Delicious.
